Health and Human Perception

Uncover the mysteries of the human body.

West Office designed highly interactive exhibits and immersive environments for six interconnected galleries at the Guangdong Science Center. Collectively, topics ranged from the functions of the human body, to advances in medicine and health, perception and thinking.

Among the 28,000 sq.ft. of exhibits is the Profound Mysteries of the Human Body, where visitors experience an adventure trip to the circus. Here they learn how the body’s systems work together as an integrated whole. In High Tech Health, modeled as a laboratory, exhibits reveals how advances in technology and medicine are changing the way we view the body and treat disease. Also featured in the galleries is the Magician’s Workshop, where visitors are invited backstage to explore how different parts of the brain are responsible for problem solving, memory, and language.
